Is milk healthy for you? In the last fen weeks, we said that due to casein in milk, it is allergen and contains hormones and antibiotics. However, milk is not one of our essential foods. a tablespoon of poppy (126 mg)

legumes ( 80 mg in one serving)

If you are not a calf, goat, lamb or buffalo cub, you do not need milk and milk products. You can get your probiotic need from pickles, vinegar and kombucha.
